DEIMAN4Finance: second transnational meeting in Milan

On 8 and 9 September, CBE-GEIE participated in the second transnational meeting of the DEIMAN4Finance project, hosted in Milan by Falco&Associati Education.

Over the past months, the European partners – including Falco&Associati Education, Institut d’Estudis Financers, IDEC S.A., EUDY – European Union of the Deaf Youth, Emphasys Centre, and InterArt Foundation – have been collaborating on the development of a methodology focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) applied to the financial sector.

This framework will serve as the basis for a future educational platform that will provide free and accessible training materials, primarily aimed at middle managers.

The Milan meeting represented an important opportunity for discussion and exchange among partners, contributing to the advancement of the project and strengthening the shared commitment to a more inclusive financial sector.
