EU Affairs and European Projects Officer
CBE-GEIE regularly reviews profiles that may be relevant to its future operational needs.
This publication is not linked to an immediate vacancy, but to a selective and ongoing assessment of professionals who may be able to contribute effectively to the organisation’s activities over time.
Main areas of activity
Depending on organisational priorities and on the candidate’s profile, the role may involve work across several of the following areas:
- monitoring EU policies, funding programmes and calls, with a view to identifying opportunities relevant to CBE’s activities, members and clients;
- contributing to the structuring and drafting of European project proposals, primarily under Erasmus+ and related programmes, ensuring clarity, internal coherence and alignment with programme requirements;
- supporting the implementation of European projects, including coordination with partners, follow-up of deliverables, deadlines, documentation and internal organisation;
- contributing to project reporting and related documentary outputs, ensuring consistency, traceability and alignment with project logic and requirements;
- preparing targeted written outputs for members and clients, including briefings, newsletters, alerts and analytical notes, with a strong focus on relevance, clarity and usability;
- delivering advisory and information activities on EU policies, programmes and funding opportunities, in a pragmatic and service-oriented manner;
- preparing and delivering webinars, training sessions and presentations on EU-related topics, for members, clients and other relevant stakeholders;
- contributing to communication and dissemination activities linked to projects and services, including website content, publications and related materials, ensuring consistency and quality;
- participating in meetings, events and other activities linked to projects, clients, members and institutional relationships, including preparation of presentations, delivery of online or in-person sessions, and structured follow-up, also abroad when required.
- has around 2–3 years of relevant and demonstrable experience in EU affairs, European projects or closely related activities; experience must go beyond purely academic exposure or generic content drafting;
- has been concretely involved in at least some of the following: project implementation, proposal development, EU monitoring, structured reporting, advisory activities or the production of targeted EU-related outputs;
- is able to contribute to structured written outputs, including proposals, reports and analytical notes, with clarity, logic and internal coherence;
- can manage parallel tasks, deadlines and documentation flows with order, precision and a clear sense of priorities;
- demonstrates strong drafting skills in English and Italian, with particular attention to structure, readability and consistency;
- adopts a hands-on and execution-oriented approach, and is able to work autonomously within a defined framework;
- understands the importance of respecting processes, roles, priorities and final validation;
- demonstrates professional reliability, sound judgement and consistency in day-to-day work;
- shows a proactive but measured attitude, including the ability to identify issues and raise them appropriately;
- is motivated to grow through direct exposure to operational work and concrete responsibilities.

Assistant(e) administratif(ve)
CBE-GEIE examine régulièrement des profils susceptibles de correspondre à ses besoins opérationnels futurs.
Principales activités
Selon les priorités de l’organisation et le profil du candidat, le poste peut comprendre notamment :
- gestion administrative courante et suivi des activités du bureau ;
- rédaction de courriels, courriers simples, tableaux de suivi et autres documents administratifs ;
- suivi administratif RH de premier niveau, notamment en lien avec les congés, absences, titres-repas, documents du personnel et échanges avec le secrétariat social ;
- support comptable de base, y compris émission de factures, archivage de pièces, mise à jour de fichiers de suivi et préparation d’éléments pour les paiements ;
- gestion pratique de fournisseurs, commandes, stocks et besoins matériels du bureau ;
- suivi des échéances, relances et dossiers en cours ;
- classement et organisation rigoureuse de la documentation administrative.
- dispose d’une expérience pertinente en administration, assistance administrative ou fonctions comparables ;
- maîtrise réellement le suivi administratif quotidien et ne se limite pas à une exécution purement formelle ;
- est capable de suivre un dossier de manière ordonnée, d’en garder la mémoire et d’en assurer les suites utiles ;
- sait rédiger correctement et clairement en italien et en français ;
- possède de bonnes bases en support comptable administratif ;
- travaille avec précision, sens pratique, discrétion et fiabilité ;
- sait gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle avec ordre et bon sens ;
- comprend l’importance des délais, des procédures et de la qualité du travail remis ;
- est capable d’avancer de manière autonome sur les tâches relevant normalement de sa fonction.
