The FIRST Project aims to create a new professional figure capable of representing Foundations at both national and international levels, and to build an interactive and supportive network across Europe to secure new funds for financing new activities at a European level.
The result will be a sort of “Promoter 4.0” for Foundations who, through an innovative training path combining storytelling, fundraising, and digital literacy, will be equipped with the practical skills necessary to create not only financial but also cultural and social value.
Goals
- In primo luogo, la creazione di una nuova figura professionale, in grado di utilizzare tecniche di fundraising, networking e comunicazione come lo storytelling, da mettere al servizio delle Fondazioni per ridefinire la propria identità, promuovere le proprie attività a livello internazionale e potenziare le proprie capacità collaborative;
- Secondly, thanks to the implementation of a database of best practices and contacts, in the form of an interactive map, the target groups will be able to interact with each other, sharing information and knowledge and launching collaborative projects.
Results
- Roadmap for Foundation Promoter 4.0: definition of a new professional figure: the Foundation storyteller and fundraiser;
- Creation of an interactive geographical map of Europe to show users where the Foundations are located, which fields of action they are interested in, best case activities and ongoing initiatives and, ultimately, provide a channel for collaboration;
- Creation of an online training platform with innovative learning modules (e.g., MOODLE).
