The FEMALE Project supports women who are striving to find new ways to balance their professional and personal lives, start their careers, and launch their own businesses within the creative and cultural industries.
By participating in this project, women will see an increase in their initiative and leadership skills and will gain access to a broader network of enterprises to enhance their business activities. Additionally, there will be greater understanding of cultural diversity and increased appreciation of European cultural heritage. The project will also create more opportunities for innovative and high-quality training pathways for women entrepreneurs.
