Operational Steering Committee CBE – GEIE: annual meeting in Sondrio

On October 3, 2025, the annual meeting of the Operational Steering Committee (CdDO) of Coopération Bancaire pour l’Europe – GEIE was held in Sondrio, hosted by Banca Popolare di Sondrio – BPER Banca Group.

The meeting represented an opportunity for exchange among members, providing a forum to share experiences, ideas, and perspectives, with the aim of strengthening collaboration within the CBE network.

The proceedings were attended, both in person and remotely, by representatives of Banca Popolare di Sondrio – BPER Banca Group, Banca di Credito Popolare, Banco Azzoaglio, Banca Popolare del Lazio, Banca Popolare di Lajatico, Banca Agricola Popolare di Sicilia, Unione Fiduciaria, and Fondazione Luigi Clerici, together with a representative of BPER Banca, which is currently engaged in the integration process with BPS.

The meeting reaffirmed the importance of dialogue and cooperation as central elements of CBE’s mission, which operates as a European platform supporting its members and local territories by fostering the transformation of European Union policies and programmes into concrete initiatives for development, innovation, and growth.

The meeting concluded with thanks to the participants for their contribution and commitment in strengthening joint work and promoting new opportunities for collaboration between the European and local levels.
