First lesson of the EU project design webinar by CBE in collaboration with Fondazione Inarcassa

On April 9th, Fondazione Inarcassa and CBE – GEIE successfully launched the first module of Project Lab, a training program specifically designed for Engineers and Architects to navigate European opportunities. The first lesson focused on understanding the European Commission’s Strategic Agenda for 2024–2029 and how these priorities shape every funding call. For technical professionals, the challenge is shifting from a “consultancy” mindset to an “educational and cooperative” one within the Erasmus+ framework.
The lesson was delivered by our EU Project Manager, Dr. Ettore Melzi and our Business Development Manager, Dr. Alessandro Previtali, whose insights provided both strategic vision and practical guidance.
Key takeaways for our participants:
- Strategic Alignment: Learning to read the Programme Guide and Annual Work Programme to ensure project bankability.
- Sectoral Impact: Exploring opportunities in Higher Education (HED) and Vocational Training (VET) for green building, BIM, and smart cities.
- Practical Tools: A step-by-step guide to obtaining PIC and OID codes, the essential “passports” for EU project participation.
We are proud to support our associates in expanding their professional horizons toward a more integrated and innovative Europe.
