How can architects and engineers turn professional ideas into successful European projects?

We recently held the second session of our 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 π‹πšπ› training series: 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘒𝘡π˜ͺ𝘰𝘯 π˜—π˜’π˜³π˜΅π˜―π˜¦π˜³π˜΄π˜©π˜ͺ𝘱𝘴: π˜›π˜©π˜¦ 𝘎𝘒𝘡𝘦𝘸𝘒𝘺 𝘡𝘰 𝘌𝘢𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘒𝘯 π˜‹π˜¦π˜΄π˜ͺ𝘨𝘯. This session dived deep into the heart of the Erasmus+ KA2 framework, focusing on how transnational cooperation can drive innovation in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors.

Key highlights from the webinar included:
Strategic insights: a breakdown of KA220 (Cooperation Partnerships) and KA210 (Small-scale Partnerships), exploring which tool best fits different organizational capacities;
Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVE): understanding how integrated ecosystems like the INSIDE-CoVE project are reshaping the European VET landscape through digital and green skills;
Real-world best practices: analyzing successful projects such as BuildOffsiteEU, ET4D, and BIM4D to understand the logic of successful European design, from identifying common needs to generating scalable impact.

A special thank you to our speakers, Dr. Ettore Melzi and Dr. Alessandro Previtali, for sharing their extensive know-how and guiding participants through the complexities of the 2021–2027 program.
European funding is more than just a budget, it is an opportunity to co-build solutions for a more sustainable and digital future.
