How can architects and engineers turn professional ideas into successful European projects?

We recently held the second session of our 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐛 training series: 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴: 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘌𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯. This session dived deep into the heart of the Erasmus+ KA2 framework, focusing on how transnational cooperation can drive innovation in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors.

Key highlights from the webinar included:
Strategic insights: a breakdown of KA220 (Cooperation Partnerships) and KA210 (Small-scale Partnerships), exploring which tool best fits different organizational capacities;
Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVE): understanding how integrated ecosystems like the INSIDE-CoVE project are reshaping the European VET landscape through digital and green skills;
Real-world best practices: analyzing successful projects such as BuildOffsiteEU, ET4D, and BIM4D to understand the logic of successful European design, from identifying common needs to generating scalable impact.
