CBE in Kaunas for the fourth TPM and LTTA activities of the SCALE-UP project

CBE took part in an intensive and productive week of activities in Kaunas, on the occasion of the fourth Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) and the Learning, Teaching and Training Activities (LTTA) of the SCALE-UP project.

The week began on Monday 28 October with a strategic meeting among the partners, focused on the final phases of the project. During the session, CBE and the other partners worked on finalising the training units and the digital platform, identifying potential improvements to optimise both content and user experience. The next steps were also defined in view of the multiplier events, together with communication and dissemination strategies to enhance the results achieved.

In the following days, the LTTA activities also involved women entrepreneurs from the partner countries. This phase was dedicated to testing the training materials developed, with particular focus on modules related to sustainability applied to technology and innovation, storytelling, and life-centered business models. The active participation of the entrepreneurs proved essential for validating the content and gathering concrete feedback.

During the practical sessions, innovative tools and approaches were tested, including sustainability value propositions and the sustainability compass, helping to strengthen participants’ skills in sustainable entrepreneurship.

The programme also included study visits to two local women-led businesses, concrete examples of creativity and innovation: Mano Menulis, an e-commerce specialising in high-quality creative tools, and Lucci Bakery, an artisanal business known for its homemade products. These visits offered valuable insights into sustainable and value-oriented business models.

An additional highlight was the meeting with professionals from Kaunas IN Startups, who shared practices and strategies for supporting startups through training, networking, and collaboration.

Beyond the project activities, the week also represented an important opportunity for networking and cultural exchange, with moments dedicated to discovering the city of Kaunas and strengthening relationships among partners.
