The main objective of the project is to foster the social inclusion of migrants by promoting entrepreneurship and developing awareness of their own potential. The project pays particular attention to Storytelling to best leverage their cultural background, aiming to implement new business ideas and strengthen the awareness of policymakers regarding the potential of migrants within the economic system.
Goals
- Fornire formazione imprenditoriale con particolare attenzione allo Storytelling per sfruttare il background culturale dei migranti e promuovere la loro inclusione sociale;
- Providing entrepreneurship and innovation training, with a specific focus on enhancing their communication skills;
- Providing migrants with the skills to design their own professional plans or business initiatives;
- Evaluating the feasibility of their ideas and acquiring the necessary skills to start and manage a new business.
Results
- Training course for migrants focused on storytelling and entrepreneurship, which will include video stories of migrant entrepreneurs;
- Guidelines for trainers on how to support migrants through the INTEGRATE training;
- An online platform to promote entrepreneurial spirit by leveraging personal cultural background.
