The FINMAN project aims to reach people with low financial skills, including low-income individuals, women, young people and the less educated, older adults, NEETs, and other disadvantaged groups.
The project seeks to create tailored training content on the most relevant financial literacy topics, providing real-life knowledge and essential financial skills. This content will include a series of courses based on understanding the challenges faced by the target groups, as well as an open-access online training platform.
Goals
- Address the need for methodological tools to teach this complex subject in accessible language.
- Increase trainers’ competencies in the active use of digital tools and gamification elements.
- Engage all stakeholders to improve financial literacy education and make it accessible to everyone by developing the FINMAN plan for cooperation.
